How much could you save?

Enter your average monthly bill. The estimate uses 2026 Maharashtra tariffs and, for homes, the PM Surya Ghar subsidy. After a site survey we turn it into an exact, itemised quote.

Price alone isn't what matters. The right system, the expected generation and long-term savings matter more.

Assumptions (edit to match your quote)

Residential defaults come from 2026 published figures for Maharashtra. Commercial and industrial defaults are rough guides. This is an estimate, not a quotation.

What is Bright Future Solar?

Bright Future Solar Solution is a Pune-based company. We provide complete solar service, from start to finish, for homes, shops, offices, commercial establishments and industries. We study your electricity use, the roof space available and your needs, then provide the right design, the right equipment, installation, commissioning and after-sales service, all in one place.

Not just installing solar panels, but building the right solar system that cuts your electricity bill for years.

Our solar services

We work as an EPC contractor: engineering, procurement and construction under one contract, with one team responsible for the whole system.

For homes

Rooftop solar for bungalows and row houses, with the PM Surya Ghar subsidy application handled for you.

For businesses

Rooftop systems for shops, offices, schools and hospitals, sized to your daytime load.

For industry

Industrial solar systems for factories and warehouses, with a roof load check before design.

Societies and housing complexes

Solar for common areas: lifts, water pumps and lighting.

On-grid systems

Systems connected to the MSEDCL grid with net metering, so surplus units reduce your bill.

Custom solar projects

A project design built around your site, budget and needs.

Complete service, start to finish

The same seven steps on every project. Most delays happen in paperwork, so we start the MSEDCL and subsidy work alongside design.

  1. Understanding your needs

We read your last 12 months of bills and understand what you want solar to do.

  2. Site inspection

We measure the shadow-free roof area. Plan for about 100 sq ft per kW.

  3. System design

Panel layout, structure, inverter sizing and an itemised quote with expected yearly generation.

  4. Material supply

Panels, inverter, structure, protection gear and cables, as listed in your quote.

  5. Installation

Nut-bolt structure, modules, wiring, earthing and lightning protection, fitted by experts.

  6. Commissioning

MSEDCL inspects and fits the net meter, and your system goes live.

  7. Service and support

Subsidy follow-up, cleaning advice and service after handover.

The home subsidy, in plain numbers

PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana pays a central subsidy on residential rooftop systems. It stops growing at 3 kW, and it does not apply to commercial or industrial connections.

System sizeCentral subsidyUnits per month*
1 kW₹30,000~120
2 kW₹60,000~240
3 kW₹78,000~360
5 kW₹78,000~600
10 kW₹78,000~1,200

*Typical generation at about 120 units per kW per month. Actual output depends on shading, tilt and season.

  • 3 to 3.5 yearsTypical payback for a 3 kW home system in Maharashtra, among the fastest in India because MSEDCL's upper tariff slabs are high.
  • ₹55,000 to ₹85,000 per kW2026 installed price range for residential rooftop solar in India, before subsidy.
  • 4.8 to 5.2 sun hoursAverage peak sun hours per day in Pune.
  • 1,08,000 homesRooftop systems installed in Maharashtra between October 2025 and February 2026, the most of any state in that period.
  • Since early 2026 MSEDCL has been assessing home system size against the past year's consumption, and billing rules changed in April 2026 for connections above 10 kW. We size every system with both in mind.

Clear dealing, in writing

Before a project starts, the scope of work, payment schedule, completion time and both sides' responsibilities should be clear. This is how we work.

Our engineer with a customer at a solar installation
  • Itemised quote

Panel brand and wattage, inverter brand and capacity, structure, AC/DC protection, cables, installation and paperwork, each priced separately.

  • GST included

All our prices include GST. The effective GST rate on a solar system is 8.9%.

  • Payment in three stages

On order confirmation, before material is dispatched, and at installation and commissioning. The split is written in your quote.

  • Validity and timeline in writing

Each quote states how long it is valid and how many working days the project takes once the order, advance, documents and site are ready.

  • Honest estimates

Generation and savings figures are estimates. Actual output depends on weather, sunlight, shade, dust, temperature and maintenance. The subsidy depends on government rules and your eligibility.

Questions customers ask first

How much roof do I need?

About 100 sq ft of shadow-free roof for each kW. A 3 kW home system needs roughly 300 sq ft.

What happens to power I don't use?

With net metering, surplus units go to the MSEDCL grid and are adjusted against the units you draw at night, so your bill reflects the net.

Will it work during a power cut?

A standard grid-tied system shuts off during an outage for the safety of line workers. If you need backup, ask us about a hybrid inverter with batteries.

Can my business get the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?

No. The central subsidy is for residential connections. Housing societies can claim a separate per-kW rate for common-area systems.

How much maintenance does it need?

Mostly cleaning. Dust cuts output, so panels should be washed every two to four weeks in the dry season. Our nut-bolt structure also makes joints easy to check and tighten.

Your roof. Your power. Your bright future.
